SystemsWork + The tendency of many managers and leaders is to blame certain individuals for failures in business. In reality, 90% of the results are created by SYSTEMS, not the people who work in them.* According to Dictionary.com, system is defined as, “a procedure or process for obtaining an objective.” In the workplace, a system is the structured or unstructured steps taken to accomplish a task. A related Systems Principle is, approximately 50% of systems is structural (how we do things) and 50% of systems is people (how we feel about things).* In other words, the success of an operation is half determined by the efficiency and appropriateness of the procedure; and half determined by the emotional commitment of the people involved.
The natural propensity of humans is to want to do a job well. How successfully an individual or group performs is controlled almost entirely by the systems that support the people. Examples of some common systems in the workplace include:
- Hiring Systems that put the right person in the right position
- Communications Systems that encourage collaboration and innovation
- Supervisory Systems that teach and empower
- Operational Systems that optimize the productivity of people, machines, facilities and materials
SystemsWork is a fun, inclusive and easily-learned method for systems improvement. By applying a popular systems principle – 20% of the variables creates 80% of the results* – dramatic improvements in productivity and employee satisfaction can occur with well-targeted efforts aimed at the critical shortcomings in a system.

Emotion Tracking Process + An understanding of human nature, as discussed in Energy Therapy, helps reveal the purpose behind the phenomenon of human emotions. Emotional energy resides in the physical body, where it is perceived by the thinking mind. The guidance that we receive from intuition registers in the physical body as an emotional reaction. Thus, emotions serve as a signaling mechanism to draw attention to a message from intuition. In paying attention to the messenger (the emotional reaction), we are led to discover a self-sabotaging state – and thereby empowered to initiate positive change.
Emotional Messaging is a process that helps clients address a real world issue by distinguishing between truthful and false beliefs. By isolating inherently false, emotionally-connected thoughts; a healthier, more reasonable decision can be made in any situation.
Emotions will always point to a belief related to self-concept that is outdated or false, and which is ready to be updated. With expert facilitation and practice, clients learn to interpret feelings and take actions that lead to personal growth, peace and happiness.
Character Types + Character Types is a body of knowledge that reveals tendencies of how individuals are “hardwired” to process information. Often, these tendencies underlie deep-seated patterns of thought and behavior. Most importantly, Character Types provides specific guidelines to redirect attention and engage in behaviors that most efficiently achieve personal growth.
An understanding of Character Types can increase cooperation and trust in a relationship, when one or both parties are aware of each other‘s interpretive and behavioral styles. Therefore, this tool can support efforts to improve communication in the workplace, as well as in the home.
The information that constitutes Character Types was derived from the interpretation of dreams (DreamWork), and therefore is sourced from Higher Consciousness. Character Types is useful in implementing the message from a dream.
DreamWork Dream Interpretation + Intuitively, we all seem to know that there is a message for us in our dreams. Information received in dreams invariably leads dreamers to act in their long-term, highest good; as well as the highest good of all concerned.
All dreams provide guidance. The amount of emotional energy that a dreamer feels in connection with the memory of a dream indicates the urgency of the message. A client may choose to distill a dream that stands out or, alternatively, may undertake a dream assignment. In a dream assignment, a client uses dreaming to answer a specific question. The question may address any issue, big or small. Higher Consciousness (or Inner Wisdom, Spirit, The Universe – use the name that suits you) will answer the question, or the more important underlying question.
DreamWork is especially useful for clients at a significant crossroads, such as strategic direction of a business, a major capital investment, career change, marriage or divorce, and direction in life.
DreamWork is a process of dream interpretation that is based on 30 years of exhaustive research by Dr. Álvaro Lopez–Watermann and 20 years of practice by David Dibble, author of DreamWork Dream Interpretation. In the words of David Dibble, “Regardless of what is happening in your life right now, your dreams contain all the information you need to be happy, fulfilled, and a fully expressed human being. Inner Wisdom will not only tell you why life may be troublesome at times, but will give you the perfect strategy to resolve life’s most daunting challenges.”
DreamWork entails a cooperative, candid verbal exchange between the coach and client. The meaning of dream symbols is determined by the client, under the guidance of the coach. Everything that appears in dreams is symbolic and probably not representative of the “real-life” object or person.
When considering undertaking DreamWork, some clients say that they don’t remember their dreams. Usually, the dream assignment process, coupled with the explicit intention of remembering a dream, results in a dream being recalled. Fortunately, dreams are holographic. Every scene of the dream contains the message of the entire dream. Even a small piece of a dream can reveal the intended message.
Energy Therapy + In the twentieth century, science and technology finally advanced to be able to prove what indigenous cultures have known for thousands of years: All things are made of energy. Humans, as energetic beings, are constituted of energy fields that combine to manifest the physical body, the mental and emotional bodies, and other domains that are less obvious to our five physical senses.
Disruption to the human energy field is a precursor to illness, dysfunction and adversity. Energy therapy may address physical health, emotional trauma, self-rejecting beliefs, karmic influences and other conditions related to energy blocks and distortions.
Energy therapy augments the natural healing abilities innate to all living beings. The energy therapist serves as an open channel to ever-present healing forces, augmenting those energies with the power of conscious intention for the client to heal, learn and thrive. Healing can take place without conscious action or knowledge by the client. All that is required of the client is a willingness to release the trauma, lie or blockage; and accept a higher state of grace.
Through energy therapy, clients may experience conscious reconnection with what matters most in life. Emotional blocks may lessen or dissolve and existing negative patterns may come to conscious awareness, to be deliberately altered. Recognizing that only Spirit can heal; the therapist’s role is to partner with the client to support healing and growth in the moment.
Each session is unique and client specific, as the energy therapist responds to intuitive guidance throughout the session. Energy therapy may entail a hands-on process onsite, or may be experienced “long distance.” Location does not impact the effectiveness of energetic therapy, as the quality of energetic connection does not attenuate with distance.
Energy therapy is not a religious activity and invokes no religious references.
Trauma Releasing Exercises + When humans experience a traumatic situation, the body's nervous system initiates an energetic infusion to fuel a genetically encoded physical defense response. If not expressed and released, the energy generated by traumatic experience is stored at the cellular level. The stored energy generates an ongoing loop of mind/body self-defense reactions. Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE™) are a set of easy-to-learn physical exercises designed to release subconscious, unexpressed energy that originated in past experiences of physical or psychological trauma.
Each individual interprets events as traumatic or not. A traumatic experience may lead to the subconscious creation of a core belief, value judgment or pattern of thought. TRE™ is a painless method of releasing stored energy in order to more readily change an unhealthy subconscious core belief or thought process.
