The Roundtable is a group of non-competing business owners that gathers regularly to benefit themselves, their companies and communities by receiving and rendering support, guidance, information and insight. Meetings are assiduously facilitated and are intended to produce increases in profitability, organizational harmony, owners´ equity and owners´ joy in business and life.
The unique opportunities of a peer-support group include business and life-balance ideation; benchmarking; sharing of experience, knowledge and resources; emotional and technical support; and safe space for discussion of sensitive business issues.
Members are screened and matched to a group based on industry, communication skills, management experience and mutual expectations of the Roundtable. Diversity of industry representation and management style is a stated objective of group composition.
Group meetings last for 3 1/2 hours. Included in membership is a monthly one-on-one meeting with the Facilitator to support preparation and progress for each gathering. |
