Intuitively, we all seem to know that there is a message for us in our dreams. Information that we receive in our dreams can help us make life choices according to intuitive guidance rather than outdated personal beliefs or emotional reactions.
DreamWork™ is a process of dream interpretation that is based on 30 years of exhaustive research by Dr. Álvaro Lopez–Watermann and 17 years of professional practice by David Dibble, author of DreamWork™ Dream Interpretation. In the words of David Dibble, “Regardless of what is happening in your life right now, your dreams contain all the information you need to be happy, fulfilled, and a fully expressed human being. Inner Wisdom will not only tell you why life may be troublesome at times, but will give you the perfect strategy to resolve life´s most daunting challenges.”
As a dream guide, I work with the dreamer to distill the intended message from the representations and structure of the dream. DreamWork™ sessions typically require 60 – 90 minutes of cooperative, candid discussion between the dreamer and dream guide.
Any dream provides guidance. We may distill a dream that stands out or is recurrent; or at any time, a client may choose to undertake a dream assignment. In a dream assignment, the dreamer poses a pertinent question by writing down the question before bedtime, using the recommended procedure. The question may address any issue, big or small. Inner Wisdom (or Intuitive Guidance, Spirit, The Universe – use the name that suits you) will answer the question (or a more important underlying question) in a dream that night.
Prospective clients often say that they don´t remember their dreams. Usually, the act of writing a question in the form of a dream assignment coupled with the stated intention of remembering a dream results in a dream being recalled.
Dreams are holographic, which means that every scene of the dream contains the message of the entire dream. Therefore, we need only a small piece of the dream to distill the message. Further, what appears in a dream is symbolic and very probably not representative of what the object or person is in “real life.” Dream symbols are personal and through the distillation process the meaning of the symbols is revealed.
The interpretive process may include Character Types™, a body of knowledge that indicates tendencies of how humans think and process information. These tendencies underlie personal patterns of thought and behavior. Character Types™ provides consistent direction to support an individual´s personal growth and well-being. |
